Daniel Dale
Director of Operations
Daniel co-founded Sally Says with a focus on building the systems and structures that let great therapists do their best work. He oversees the operations, technology, and client experience behind the practice — so the clinical team can stay focused entirely on families.
Diana Dale
Clinical Director — Speech-Language Therapist
Diana is a qualified speech-language therapist with a degree from the University of Canterbury and nearly a decade of experience running her own practice. Having worked in both public and private settings in New Zealand and the UK, she brings a breadth of clinical knowledge that underpins everything we do at Sally Says. As Clinical Director, Diana leads our clinical standards and ensures every family receives the highest quality of care.
Our Therapists
Sally Says works with a network of experienced speech-language therapists across New Zealand. Many of our therapists also maintain their own independent practices and work with us on a flexible, contractor basis — so you may not see a long list of names here.
That's entirely by design. Our therapists choose whether to display their profile publicly, and we respect that preference. If you are working with a Sally Says therapist, you will receive their full profile, contact details, and background directly — so you always know exactly who is supporting your child.
