Terms
Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Sally Says website, games, resources and worksheets. By using the site, you agree to them.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Who we are
“We” means Sally Says Speech & Language Therapy, a speech-language therapy practice in New Zealand. You can contact us at hello@sallysays.co.nz.
Free resources are not therapy
Our free games, worksheets and resources are general practice support. They are not a diagnosis. They do not replace an assessment by a speech-language therapist.
If you are worried about your child’s speech, language or stuttering, please talk to a qualified speech-language therapist or your doctor.
Adults stay with children
The site is for parents, caregivers, teachers and therapists. Children should use our games and activities with an adult nearby. Children should not fill in our forms.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- send false, offensive or harmful information through our forms,
- upload anything you do not have the right to share,
- try to break into, overload or misuse the site or its services,
- copy our games, audio or resources to sell or share as your own.
We may block access if someone misuses the site.
Paid services and purchases
Right now Sally Says is a free resource. Our paid services and lessons are coming soon, and you can join the waitlist for them.
If you buy something from us, such as a worksheet code, payment is handled by Stripe. We tell you the price before you pay. Worksheet codes are for your own family, classroom or practice.
If something you paid for is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply. Email us and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms takes away those rights.
Who owns the content
We own the games, audio, pictures, worksheets and words on this site, or we have permission to use them. You may print and use our resources for your own family, classroom or clients. Please do not sell them or publish them as your own.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site accurate and working. But we provide it “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
We are not responsible for loss that comes from relying on free resources instead of professional advice, except where New Zealand law says we are.
Your information
Our Privacy page explains what we collect and how we look after it.
Law

Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email hello@sallysays.co.nz.
